F. BRADFORD JOHNSON is an attorney with the Indianapolis law firm of Ittenbach Johnson Trettin & Koeller where he practices primarily in the areas of corporate business transactions, real estate law, insurance law, employee benefits law, employment law, securities arbitration, and the litigation of commercial and business disputes. 

 Mr. Johnson's experience includes the planning for and the representation in business acquisitions, corporate planning, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, as well as the representation of clients in business disputes and litigation.  His experience also includes the advise and representation of numerous small and emerging business interests in such diverse fields as the commercial construction industry, the auto parts aftermarket, machine tool manufacturing, post-consumer plastic reclamation, insurance marketing, reinsurance underwriting and marketing, and real estate development. 

 Mr. Johnson received his A.B. Degree, Cum laude, from Wabash College, and his J.D. Degree, Cum laude, from Indiana University.  He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association (business law, employment law and litigation sections) and a member of the IBA Grievance Committee. He is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association (business law, employment & labor law, and litigation sections), the Federal Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and is a graduate of the National College of Trial Advocacy.
