Robert M. Koeller is part of the association of Ittenbach Johnson Koeller & Abrams. He has an extensive background with publicly held and privately held businesses. Mr. Koeller has been in-house counsel for two publicly held companies. Mr. Koeller went into private practice in 1974, establishing the law firm of Warren Snider Koeller & Warren. In 1993 he established the law firm of Coons Maddox & Koeller, which later became Maddox Koeller & Hargett. Mr. Koeller has represented clients in all types of transactional matters, including complex commercial real estate financings and securities private placements. Mr. Koeller has also been involved in various state and federal securities registrations, including initial public offering, registrations and Blue Sky filings in most states of the Union. He also is regularly involved in counseling clients in family wealth planning.
Mr. Koeller has been a speaker for various continuing legal education seminars throughout his career. Mr. Koeller is listed in the current additions of Who's Who in the Midwest, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World and Strathmore's Who's Who. He also is in the 2002 edition of the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
Mr. Koeller graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1965, is admitted to the Indiana State Bar, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Koeller is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
